Easter brunch is a long-standing tradition for Christians – both devout and dabbling. The annual feast has become wildly lavish, and Easter brunches in Las Vegas, where extravagance is the norm, are some of the most extravagant. Whether you seek carving tables or bottomless drinks, these locales are sure to hit the spot.
1. Whist Stove and Spirits
Don your best “Sundresses and Seersuckers” for a classically pastel brunch at Whist Stove and Spirits. While this year’s menu hasn’t been released, last year’s offerings included chorizo and egg sopes and sweet ricotta crepes made with fresh blackberry and strawberry compote. Handcrafted Easter baskets filled with fresh pastries are gifted to each table and, of course, bottomless brunch cocktails are available.
Location: 2240 Village Walk Drive, Henderson, NV.
2. Divine Cafe
Divine Cafe has a multitude of options; everyone in your party is sure to find something that piques their culinary interest. There’s a carving station (featuring turkey or roasted NY strip), an omelet station, a pasta station, and a salad bar. Each buffet comes with a complimentary mimosa. The dessert bar features divine favorites like caramel apples and chocolate filled beignets. Patrons also have the choice of sitting indoors or out.
Location: 333 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.
3. Mozen Bistro
This joint in the Mandarin Oriental takes a detour from yellow and pink-decorated American classics in favor of a contemporary Asian bistro brunch. Starting at noon, guests may sample select items at the buffet and feast on a choice of entrees. Dishes from sushi to salad and gourmet meats and cheeses are offered along with a special Easter spread. Last year’s included leg of lamb, whole rib eye on the bone, and cocktail crab claws.
Location: 3752 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV.
4. Sammy’s Restaurant and Bar
Take an innovative menu, combine it with jazz music, and you have Sammy’s Easter brunch. Bottomless mimosas are available but so are other eye-opening spirits like the Mojito Italiano (made with prosecco and Captain Morgan) and the Pomegranate Marga-tini (featuring tequila and agave nectar). Brunch highlights include a brie cheese omelet and bacon and mushroom pizza.
Location: 1505 N. Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson, NV.
5. Top of the World at Stratosphere
Why dine at ground level when you can enjoy a top-notch meal 800-feet above the strip? This rotating restaurant revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes. Selections offered for Easter, in addition to the regular menu, include buttermilk waffles with bacon, goat cheese, and jalapeno-maple syrup, along with brioche french toast with crab, s’mores, and spinach gratin. The venue will also offer its usual impressive wine list and large parties can reserve a private room.
Location: 2000 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.
