Full Flush Poker has been inaccessible to customers since last Friday, leaving players stressed about the future of the site and the safety of their deposits. Players reported the site was inaccessible and rushed to it’s Facebook page for information, where they were told the site was “in the process of updating our gaming solutions to offer a new, more exciting platform.”
While this message calms fears that Full Flush’s virtual doors are closed for good, players aren’t exactly reassured when it comes to the status of their funds.
This particular website has a reputation for trouble when it comes to processing cashout requests from players, and an unconfirmed report cited by CalvinAyre.com says it is possible Full Flush is behind on up to $5 million worth of payments.
The Facebook page has been responding to player’s concerns (most of which echo John Frohman’s question of: “Can we cash out our funds while we wait for the site to go back online?”) but, in general, customers are still in the dark about why the blackout has been going on for five days, and why updates are so vague.
“What are you not telling us? Noticing that there are comments deleted from this thread.” – Rick Dahlen
“You guys really needed to post something previous to today. You’ve scared people who have $ on your site, including myself. I wish you the best of luck in re-opening.” – Amanda LeBlanc
On Monday, SafestPokerSites reported that Full Flush’s domain (fullflushpoker.com) was for sale for $1,500. This is unconfirmed, but it hasn’t stopped the PokerFraudAlert forum from spinning with other theories about what is going on with the Curacao-based site. One user, “teach2121,” wrote that he’d read “Full Flush Poker got kicked from the gaming server park in Curacao.”
The site (SafestPokerSites) also posted that Heritage Sports, which is operated on the same network as Full Flush, closed its poker site on Friday and that its homepage no longer references poker offerings.
While all news is speculative right now, that in and of itself leads to worry from gamers and investors alike.
