Las Vegas has endless pizza places, steak restaurants and seafood joints and while they battle each other for customers every night, there is one thing they all have in common: wine. A smooth glass of vino pairs perfectly with a pile of steaming mussels, a steak that cuts like butter and even a pizza with a bunch of weird, trendy toppings. Here is where you can get the best pairings and biggest selection in Sin City.
The massive wine list at this high-end restaurant is second to none. B&B Ristorante in the Venetian is the brainchild of Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich and boasts one of the largest selections of Italian wines in the city. With over 5,500 options to choose from, the eatery has to line the walls with its impressive inventory of bottles which represent every region in Italy. Pair your choice with mouth-watering dinner options like rabbit porchetta, grilled quail or a selection from the pasta tasting menu.

The entire point of this Summerlin restaurant is to feel like you’re eating inside a wine cellar. If you opt for seating in the dining room instead of on the equally-impressive patio, you’ll sit among brick walls and tall shelves loaded with bottles.
With the menu, you can go one of two ways. If you stopped by for a glass of wine and a small bite, the “beginnings” menu of strawberry crostini and steamed clams, or an extensive sandwich menu will probably satisfy you. The dinner menu, though not as high-end as B&B, will have you dining on baked alaskan halibut or a pizza topped with shrimp, artichokes and pesto.
If you see a bottle on the wall you just have to have, the restaurant also has a retail shop.
P.S. Did we mention you eat under a chandelier made from wine glasses?

The wine and whiskey lounge located in Town Square satisfies everyone’s vices; this pet-friendly spot offers 60 wines by the glass, 170 different whiskeys and doesn’t mind if you want to light up a cigar. The coolest part of this spot for wine lovers is, if you can’t decide on a wine or want to try something new, the Enomatic station will allow you to try a sample and the long happy hour features a different wine everyday.
The menu doesn’t have full-meal options, but does offers small dishes like flat breads, a variety of sliders and a charcuterie and cheese boards.
If you’re looking for a way to mix up a normal celebration dinner or party on the town, Double Helix offers private champagne or wine tastings catered to the special someone you’re celebrating.
Location: 6599 S Las Vegas Blvd #150B, Las Vegas
This Wynn restaurant is somehow both casual and perfect for a romantic date night. It also doesn’t hurt that it boasts a wine selection of over 250 bottles. The low ceilings and cozy atmosphere will take any date to the next level, whether you choose to eat in the cellar, the front bar, the rustic dining room or on the patio overlooking the resort’s pool. You can pair your charcuterie board, bacon-wrapped dates or little neck clams with a wine flight if you’re overwhelmed by the number of selections and can’t pick just one.
Location: 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas
You won’t find wines from France or California at this spot – but the 500 Italian options will surely make up for it. D.O.C.G. Is a new Las Vegas wine bar that means “Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita” – a designation for the highest quality of Italian wines. This Italian spot offers pizza, pasta, steaks and chops, artisanal cheeses & chocolates and an espresso bar, so you’re sure to not go hungry or thirsty. Executive Chef Scott Conant is a regular on the Food Network show “Chopped,” and has described his menus as soulful and seasonally-inspired.
